  • _ Please note that like any artisanal creation, these pieces deserve careful handling which means handwashing is recommended for longevity.

  • If you are interested in a special custom order, please send an email at hello@laureclaire.com, I will do my very best to make your request possible.

  • _ Your pieces will be made to order.

    Please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for your item to be handmade, fired at low temperature, glazed, fired again, at hight temperature and carefully packaged to be sent to you.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Purchases of fine art prints are final. We do not accept exchanges or refunds. If your print was damaged in transit please email within 5 days of receiving your order at hello@laureclaire.com with a picture of the damaged print & packaging, making sure to keep original packaging and print as it arrived.
