Please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for your item to be handmade, fired at low temperature, glazed, fired again, at hight temperature and carefully packaged to be sent to you.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Purchases of fine art prints are final. We do not accept exchanges or refunds. If your print was damaged in transit please email within 5 days of receiving your order at hello@laureclaire.com with a picture of the damaged print & packaging, making sure to keep original packaging and print as it arrived.
