About the artist
Laure Claire is a multidisciplinary artist from Marseille, France, working with analogue photography and ceramics.
Trained as a graphic designer, she discovered analogue photography as a child through disposable cameras, drawn to the slowness, imperfections, and unpredictability of film.
Inspired by nature, Mediterranean landscapes, and everyday rituals, she creates visual narratives that move between intimacy and the everyday. Whether capturing the quiet poetry of everyday life or exploring the relationship between body and landscape, her work invites us to slow down.

Like the earth,
our bodies carry the traces of memory,
tenderness,
love,
shame,

Others quietly shaping the ground
deep within us.
Every encounter leaves a trace.
Boundaries soften.
We carry one another,
changing through one another,
holding traces of who we were,
who we are,
and who we are becoming together.
The body becomes both shelter
and sacred ground.
The depth of it keeps growing,
making room
for more tenderness,
more love,
more shame,
more scars,
more transformation,
more of us.
Vulnerability is neither dramatic nor exposed.
It simply exists.
Come closer.
Our skin is a horizon.
